Property developer, principally involved in the provision of design and build construction services and property development. Project focused in Sabah.. Current project tgah buat malls dekat sabah.. Will generate more revenues through retail and leasing.. going towards real estate bussiness.

after reading through this company..i agree that the valuation macam tak berapa murah.. but... something to consider about this company..

1. company dah based dekat sabah more than 40 years old.

2. prospects company agak menarik if venturing dlm good business.

threats

1. company focused only in sabah.. which sy kira property sector dekat sana tak busy macam dekat KL area..

2. revenue stagnant sudah beberapa tahun.. company must generate more revenue.. sama ada through winning the contracts or making new revenue stream.

3. not sure latest lauching business akan dapat sambutan ke tak.

conclusion and my trading plan..

if ada duit extra..mungkin cuba juga this IPO..sbb skrng IPO tgah trending.. but .. upside kira tak banyak sbb this company boleh kira small company. value hanya 200 juta .. namun.....the company establishment in the market yg dah lama.. profitable track records .. this might be better company compared to other loss making companies yg ada.. in term of valuation.. PE 15 rasanya fair value for this company.. maybe buka lebih tinggi sikit.. atau.. at least pun same price..

since ada a few more ipo datang this week.. UUE and Agricore CS holding.. if ada RM100k to apply.. saya hanya akan guna RM20k to apply this IPO... Another RM80k keep for the next IPO..

might go BIG ON UUE..
