Panda Eco IPo sangat menarik untuk apply.. Harga ditawarjan adalah 16 cent bagi setiap unit.. sy mencadangkan unttuk apply lebih 1000 lot bagi meningkatkan peluang untung mendapat IPO ini.. Saya menjangkan IPO ini akan oversubs more than 30x .. nada daripada anlayst juga agak positive ke arah upside direction walapun CGS-CIMB hanya menyasarkan Target price 16 cent seperti harga IPO..
Namun, saya masih optimistic dengan IPO ini dan menjangkan harga akan naik melepasi harga 20 cent berdasarkan P/E Price.. company juga ada hutang yg sngat sedikit berbanding assets. baca komen analyst seperti di bawah :
” PANDA (IPO price: RM0.16): In the retail management system with price point lower than Microsoft and SAP modules. They are entrenched in the retailing / groceries markets with about 6% market share. Some of the bigger retail shop include Village Grocer, TMG, Hero Market, and many others. We believe the market of groceries stores will continue to grow hence providing upside potential for them, and currently they are ranging around 10-12x PE, we expect it may head towards 18-20x PE with the back of the envelope calculation. Based on the price point and sentiment, coupled with the strong management team in this industry, the first day trading may head towards RM0.20-0.25. “
dengan semua criteria ini. saya sngat berminat dengan IPO ni dan sudah pasti tidak boleh dilepaskan!
